Faulty Item Received

If you receive a faulty item, just send us a picture of it to kalavruksh@gmail.com along with your order number. If the item deliver to you would be faulty we'll send you a free reshipment. You don't have to send it back to us :) All we'd need would be a picture of the faulty item.

Not delivered on time

We totally understand that it's highly frustrating not to receive the orders on time. You might have ordered it for a special occasion or you simply don't like waiting. We print and pack your orders on demand within 3 to 4 business days at regular times. Additionally, our shipping partners take 2 to 5 days to deliver the orders based on the location of the customer. Therefore, your total turnaround time for your orders would range from 5 to 9 days. We'd really appreciate if you wait for your order for a few more days.

We'll always be there to assist you let you know about it's status. You'll have the tracking details too to keep a check on the status.

It gets very difficult for us to cancel the order after it leaves our factory. So once it leaves our factory, it will reach you :)

I ordered by mistake/I'm no longer interested

The orders can't be cancelled after 24 hours of placing them as it enters the Processing Stage.

May I get a tracking number?

Yes, of course! All orders include tracking after the order is processed (1-4 days). Email: kalavruksh@gmail.com with your order number if you are missing a tracking number and we will send you one at our soonest convenience. Please note that the order number is not your tracking number.
 

How can I pay?

We currently accept payments through Paytm and all the leading debit card and credit card are also supported through Razorpay!

What happens if I type in the wrong address?

 If you provide us with a wrong address and the shipment has not been sent out please email us at kalavruksh@gmail.com & we will change it to the correct address. If it has been sent out, it is not our responsibility to re-send that item with your new address, so please make sure to type in your correct address when placing your orders!
